EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, I would like to make it right. I accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of receipt with FREE return shipping on eligible items *(see FINAL SALE note below).
To make an EXCHANGE OR RETURN:email coral@coralmarie.com with your receipt & description of your request. You will be issued a return shipping label if your item is eligible for exchange or return. All exchanges & returns must be of Unused or Unworn merchandise in original condition with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. If a new balance results from a requested item exchange I will require payment before the exchanged items are shipped out. Exchanged items will be shipped out upon receipt of returned items.
FINAL SALE - ALL Custom Orders, Special Orders, Sale items, Gift Cards & Personal Care items (such as nursing pads and masks) are FINAL SALE and purchased with an "absolutely no return policy".

Subtle variation is a lovely attribute of natural materials and not seen as a flaw. I take great care in handcrafting each piece, however an occasional defect can occur. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have a problem or question regarding the quality, materials, or organic certifications for items in your purchase.
